Whilst a fixed charge is made for the preparation and witnessing of some notarial documents charges for other matters are made according to the time spent on the individual matter.  Any disbursements payable, including legalisation, postage, and courier fees will be charged in addition to our notarial fees and we will provide you with an estimate of these before undertaking the work.
